Here are the ways that you can pay for your tuition and fees:
Credit/Debit Card or Web Check: You can pay online through your MyUH account using a MasterCard, VISA, or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network (Discover, Diners, and JCB), a pinless debit card, or a “web check.” To pay online, log in to your MyUH account and click “View Charges/Make Payment,” which is on the left side in the main menu page. Choose the semester you want to pay for and type your credit or debit card number. It’s that easy to finish your payment!
Check: You can send payment through the mail using a check. Make checks payable to “University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo” and mail to: UH Hilo Cashier’s Office, 200 W. Kawili Street, Hilo, HI 96720. If you send a check by mail, be aware that it must be received by the payment deadline, so mail it well in advance of the payment deadline. You should allow a minimum of 7 days for delivery prior to the deadline. To ensure proper crediting to your account, write your UH ID number on the bottom left corner of the check.
(You can find your UH ID number on your UH Hilo acceptance letter, or in your MyUH account.)
In Person: You can pay by cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check at the UH Hilo Cashier’s Office on campus, located in the Student Services Center.
International Bank Account: You can pay for your tuition and fees using a bank in your home country using “FlyWire.” Payments must be for the exact amount owed. Login to your MyUH Services account to review your balance, and then click the “Make International Payment Button” to proceed through the payment process. Authorized Payers can go to Flywire Authorized User to create a “New Account” or have their student add them as an Authorized Payer in the Flywire system. Payment made using Flywire must be completed and processed by the bank no later than five business days before the payment deadline.
The University of Hawaiʻi does not accept wire transfers or payments by email.
