ISA sponsors a big Welcome Party at the beginning of the school year. This annual party, held at the swimming pool on campus, is a great event to get to know other students, eat some good food, and relax after orientation! ISA organizes trips and activities throughout the year. Some of the trips ISA has offered in the past include zip lining, whale watching, submarine trip, and hikes to see the lava flowing and to amazing places such as Waipi’o Valley.
Throughout the year, you will also be able to participate in other ISA activities. Every year in the spring, ISA hosts two major events on campus each year. In October, we hold United Nations Day. In the spring, we hold International Nights. Students from around the world perform a song or dance from their home country in the Performing Arts Center. It is an opportunity for students to highlight the cultural richness and diversity of our students. It is a very popular event that sells out every year. To see videos and photos from previous years’ International Nights, go to the ISA website and the ISA YouTube channel.
